This agreement is in effect as of January 15, 2016.
1. Definitions
Elleven Acoustica : The company Elleven Acoustica.
BUYER : Any person, company or legal entity, who places an order that is accepted by Elleven Acoustica.
WEBSITE : The website of Elleven Acoustica at the URL : "www.ellevenacoustica.com"
By placing an order on the WEBSITE the BUYER accepts and agrees to the following Terms and Conditions:
2. General
All orders for products and services on the WEBSITE are accepted by Elleven Acoustica subject to these terms and conditions of sale. No other terms will apply to the supply of products unless agreed in writing by an authorised signatory of Elleven Acoustica.
Elleven Acoustica reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. In such case the applicable conditions will be the ones that are valid at the date of order by the BUYER.
Elleven Acoustica reserves the right to decline to trade with any company or person.
3. Products
The available products are those described on the WEBSITE.
The products are available as long as stock lasts.
All descriptions of the products and services contained on the WEBSITE are approximate only and shall not form any part of contract between Elleven Acoustica and the BUYER.
Elleven Acoustica may correct any errors in its website without liability to the BUYER.
Elleven Acoustica reserves the right, without prior notice, to discontinue any product or to make design changes as part of its continuous product improvement.
4. Price
The prices are given in Great Britain Pounds (GBP).
The price of products and services are as set out in the WEBSITE at the date of order.
Elleven Acoustica reserves the right to modify the prices at any time, without notice.
5. Orders
The BUYER willing to purchase a product must :
- Select the products he wants to purchase and click on the "Add to cart" button, then when all the products have been selected, click on the "Checkout" button.
- Fill the personal information page, click on "Checkout".
- Check totals. If everything is correct, click on the "Checkout" button.
6. Payment
The price is to be paid at ordering.
The payments are done through Paypal that uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol to encrypt the transmitted data.
The BUYER account will be pulled immediately after payment. The products will be shipped as soon as the account of Elleven Acoustica has been credited with the corresponding amount. It is necessary to allow for about 3 to 10 working days, depending on the payment mode and country.
7. Delivery
The carrier delivers to the address indicated by Paypal at the time of ordering.
An insurance covering the price of goods is always included.
A signature is required for delivery.
The BUYER must inspect the content of the package in presence of the deliveryman. An accepted parcel is presumed to be in good state. In case of damaged products, the BUYER must refuse the delivery.
Any delivery of products not in accordance with the order can be returned to Elleven Acoustica. In this case Elleven Acoustica will replace the products or refund the purchase price. No return will be accepted without a previous agreement of Elleven Acoustica.
Delays for delivery quoted on the WEBSITE or in emails from Elleven Acoustica are approximate only and Elleven Acoustica shall not be liable for the consequences of any delay in delivery.
In all cases, all deliveries will be made within a maximum of 120 days. If it is not possible to guarantee this, the BUYER will be informed at the earliest possible time and has the option to cancel the order. An exchange or refund may be possible.
8. Risk and Ownership
Risk of loss of or damage to the products shall pass to the BUYER on delivery.
9. Repairs
In case the BUYER of products would be unable to make it work, we propose a repair service. The price of this service is based on a hourly fee to which must be added the price of replaced components if any. The shipping costs to and from Elleven Acoustica are to be paid by the BUYER.
The repair service is subject to the availability of parts and is only available if the product has not suffered excessive physical or electrical damage and is free from modifications.
10. Right of refund
The BUYER, natural person only, has the right to return goods, at his own cost and risk within 14 days after delivery, for exchange or refund.
The goods must be returned in their original state with their packing seals intact.
Any shipping costs (that is included in the price) and Paypal transaction fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
